Posted by perpetualenigma on November 19, 2009

The rivalry between Falconreach’s two great weaponsmith’s is beginning to brew: Lim with the power of Science and Cysero with the wonders of Magic. It’s time for the Clash(ening)! Dragonfable: Critique on the Release of October 30, 2009

Posted by perpetualenigma on November 11, 2009

There is plenty of material in this release for free players: the finale of Mogloween 2009, the age-old tradition of Trick-or-Treating, and the much-anticipated hatching of the rare Halloween gourds. Plus, the next quest of Zorbak’s Legion is up for Dragon-Amulet holders.

AE – A Collaborative Critique: Part 4

Posted by Zeke on November 10, 2009

These are written by anonymous writers, who choose to remain so. I am merely a messenger of sorts. If any of the following posts offend you, please do not place the blame on United Lore, for it may be us hosting the post, but it is not necessarily our own thoughts.

These posts are basically critiques on AE; be it the games they host, their management, etc. It can be seen as a type of “shout out” to AE, an attempt to try and improve the status quo where it need be improved.

The 4th writer is, again, writing about MQ.

MechQuest – Lacking the “Mech”?

Posted by Zeke on November 9, 2009

We all know how MechQuest came to be: Artix always wanted a game based on giant, armed-to-the-teeth mecha. What we see today as MQ fufills that.

MechQuest: Analysis of 10/30/09 Release

Posted by The Peanut Master on November 9, 2009

I’m still going to go back and do the analyses from three weeks ago two weeks ago, and this week, but I’ll start with this one and get back to the others.

Anyways, in this weeks release, a new planet has surfaced, with a very spooky, Mogloween, Friday the 13th-ish feel. Except this time it’s a permanent planet, and AE is promising its best one yet. How’d they start? Read on for my take.

DragonFable: Critique on the release of October 23, 2009

Posted by perpetualenigma on November 6, 2009

Sorry for the delay, to all readers; things have been getting hectic for me lately. But prepare yourself for three reviews over the next few days: October 23, October 30 and November 6. No release will go ungraded, if I have anything to say about it. Now onto this critique.

Greed has woven himself into the threads of the town of Falconreach, and it’s up to us and Tomix the Soulweaver to cut those threads before it’s too late. But just how far had the greed spread in the town? Meanwhile in Amityville, Zorbak’s up to some new hi-jinks, and this time, he means business.
